Bought a Dbl$Down Pintail Longboard from them online. Payment was easy, delivery was lightning fast. **Issue: all the stock is securely boxed from manufacturer and is not opened by HyperRide at any point. You buy it, they grab the first boxed one they can see and ship it. The problem is there are colour timber styles that look different to what you ordered and no checking is done. I ordered a LIGHT coloured board with DARK MAPLE VENEER thru the centre. What I received was 100% reversed and was a DARK MAPLE BOARD with lighter veneer stripping thru the centre! I was totally happy with the woodwork differences and it's stunning in Canadian Dk Maple.
If I had not, obviously there would have been a problem and it would have been returned etc. **Be clear about the actual colour of the board you want, and get them to check inside the box before they ship to you.
