COLD WATER CAN MAKE ESPRESSO
Remarkably small but with a powerful 3*2500mAh lithium battery, Nano enhances your daily coffee needs. This gold-ratio-designed portable espresso brewer upgrades its pumping system, so you simply add either hot or cold water with your favourite capsules or freshly ground coffee to the Nano. Never be limited by any water temperature, by day or night, or by any location. It's just one tap to brew exquisite espresso for your coffee time.

*When using OutIn Nano with the Fino grinder, start at grind level 2-1 for proper extraction and flavour, then adjust as needed based on your beans.

Note:
To make a successful espresso, make sure you choose a proper grade of ground coffee and that the portafilter is screwed on tightly or the grounds/capsule holder is installed correctly. OutIn Nano can only be extracted for heating when the power indicator is lit by at least two cells.
Please use a 5V/3A USB wall charger to charge. The machine will not be charged when using a charger with a power rating below 15W (e.g., the Apple 5W charger). If the power lights flash 5 times and the machine beeps 3 times while in use, it indicates that the power is too low. Please operate after fully charging.
After tests by OutIn, the 3*2500mAh battery heats 50ml of water from 25°C to the extractable temperature (92°C) 5 times after being fully charged. However, if the water volume exceeds 50ml, the heating time and number of extractions will vary according to your volume.

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customs & Duty Charges
