It’s a non-toxic, yet high performing neutral cleaner that is effective at cleaning a range of grime and stains without affecting the breathability of materials. Formulated without any harsh chemicals or abrasives to ensure it is safe to use on the wide range of materials used in shoes. It has been tested on over 60+ shoes made from a very wide variety of materials, including: Natural fabrics, synthetic fabrics, technical fabrics, suede, nubuck, leather and other fabrics*.

How To
- Shake the bottle vigorously to activate the formula.
- Brush off any loose dirt with Muc-Off Premium Bike Shoe Scrubber then simply spray onto the areas you wish to clean.
- Leave for up to a minute for the formula to break down dirt and grime.
- Agitate any stubborn grime with our shoe cleaning brush before wiping off with a damp, clean cloth.
- Allow to air dry naturally.
Top Tips!
You can dip the brush in a bowl of warm water to help rinse between cleaning each section of the shoe. You can also remove the laces and allow to soak in the cleaner fluid to remove any stubborn stains!

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
