New Upgrades for 2024:
- Reinforced direction stopper - a reinforced stopper in the direction mechanism will protect the internal components from damage, even in the event of a crash or significant impact on the handlebar.
- Improved throttle and brake angle - more ergonomic angle based on feedback from hundreds of riders, resulting in greater comfort over long rides.
- Upgraded motor casings - better heat distribution leading to improved cooling, and therefore motor performance. In addition, the casings offer easier access to the valve.
- Upgraded bearings - reduced bearing friction, making it last longer and able to withstand greater loads. As a side benefits, it improves stability while riding.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
