This knee brace features a Nucleon PLASMA knee protector encased in an innovative hybrid frame construction, consisting of a flexible composite over-injected on a high-performance polymer blend to offer superb frame rigidity while still being flexible at the upper and lower strap areas.

- The self-centering knee cup and the strategically positioned upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of the flexion or extension angles.
- The extremely stable, slim-design four-point hinge system perfectly follows the articulation of the knee while the extension stops, which are available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, assist in setting the brace to the desired maximum opening angle.
- The stainless-steel bushings in the four-point hinge system have an anti-oxidation treatment.
- Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material engineered from bio-based polymers and formed into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energies. How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
