The Utility bag is our ultimate snowboard transportation option. Whether it's for your dream trip to Japan or your weekly pilgrimage to the local hills the Utility roller bag will keep your gear protected.

The Utility features enough space for multiple boards and all your other gear so you can ditch the suitcase. But just in case you don't we've included our stow-able cargo strap system that allows you to attach almost any wheeled case or duffle bag to the outside of the board bag. Simply open the zipper on the bottom of the bag, pull out the straps, cross them over your bag and hook them through the attachment loops on the top of the board bag. Bags with an extendible handle can also be attached via the oversize velcro handle on the end of the bag for more secure rolling.

The Utility is also equipped with a host of other great features including 1 lightweight packing cells that can fit boots with ease, secure board straps, side carry handle, top lugging handles and external compression straps.

*NOTE: We recommend storing the straps in the zipper pocket by the wheels when flying with the bag to avoid damage that can be caused by airlines.

Rural Delivery Surcharge

Surcharge: $9.99 for any rural delivery.
Note: We recommend delivery to a non-rural town or workplace to avoid this surcharge.

Waiheke Island Delivery Surcharge

Surcharge: $30 due to high courier surcharges.
Recommendation: Consider delivering to a friend in Auckland City who can bring it out.

Australia Standard Nationwide

Cost: $19.99 + 2% import fee (may differ based on the item).
Delivery Time: 4–6 business days from the time of dispatch (please note this is an estimate).

Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Multiple Items in an Order

If you order multiple items, they will all be collated at our Auckland HQ warehouse and shipped together. Your order will arrive to you in full.

Remote Areas

Delivery to rural and remote areas in Australia (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.) may take longer than the standard 4–6 business days.

Shipping Options

We currently offer standard shipping only. There are no express options available for Australia.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (NZ time).
Daily cutoff time for processing is 3 pm (NZ time).
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
