Bought the Bell Sanction 2 DLX MIPS thinking it would just protect my head… turns out it also protects my confidence. I now ride approximately 17% faster because everyone assumes I know what I’m doing.
It’s lightweight, comfortable, and has enough ventilation that I don’t feel like I’m slow-cooking my brain on climbs. The MIPS protection gives extra peace of mind, which is handy because my riding skills occasionally write cheques my talent can’t cash. Independent reviews also praise its comfort, ventilation, and value for money.
Bonus points: when you put it on, people stop asking if you’re “just going for a casual ride” and start asking what jumps you’re hitting.
Would recommend to anyone who enjoys mountain biking, BMX… or has a healthy relationship with gravity. ??
