This is the second pair of Time Xpresso 7 pedals I jave bought. I use them on a road bike and a gravel bike. They are light weight, easy to fit and provide good support across the foot. They have a nice amount of movement so your foot is not held rigidly in one direction while remaining firm enough that your foot isn't just slipping about. When unclipped, the pedal mostly hangs in the orientation that aids clipping in so clipping in happens fairly easily. Unclipping is quite easy too ( although can be a little stiff with new cleats). Overall, I really like these pedals.
