I purchased the Biltwell Gringo and waited....waited....waited. Contacted Hyper Ride to check the order and they were so very sorry with the news that there had been a tech issue with the online purchasing. They sent the product at once and it arrived a couple of days later. Unfortunately it was too small. Hyper Ride refunded my funds no problem at all AND they paid for the return shipping!!! What a great store. Highly recommend the team at Hyper Ride. 11/10 - Dino
