The Power Pony is the world’s only powered rideable pony, designed to offer kids an exciting, interactive, and magical riding experience. Equipped with the latest all-new ZüME V2 engine, this 2025 version takes the fun to the next level, offering two improved riding modes so kids can ride at their own pace, whether they are beginners or pros.
- Learning Mode: This mode enables the rider to have complete control of their Power Pony while learning to ride, utilizing our new integrated balance system and updated speed limits. Learning Mode offers three speed control levels: Trot, Gallop, and Race.
- Freestyle Mode: This mode gives the rider full freedom to experience the engine's most responsive riding levels. Freestyle Mode is recommended for experienced riders and includes three speed control levels: Skilled, Expert, and Master.
Starting out is easy with Learning Mode, making the Power Pony ready to ride straight out of the box. Once your child is confident, they can unlock more advanced speeds through the iOS-Connected Smart App. The app allows them to personalize their Power Pony by creating an avatar, naming their pony, and tracking their riding journey.
The all-new ZüME V2 Engine also features full iOS Bluetooth App integration and a Bluetooth speaker, so kids can enjoy their favorite music while they ride.
The 2025 Power Pony is also designed for comfort and style with its Ultra Soft Micro Plush, making the pony not only fun to ride but also soft to cuddle. The interactive lights and sounds add a magical element that brings the pony to life during every ride.

Rural Delivery Information
Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We currently offer standard shipping only for Australia. All Australian orders are first received at our Auckland HQ, where they are collated and processed for export before dispatch.
$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
