Whether you're hammering a Zwift race or braving scorching outdoor conditions, this vest is your ideal solution for staying refreshed and focused.
Specially Placed Ice Pack Pockets: This vest features four strategically placed pockets with 4 specially crafted Cooling Packs placed close to your body. These Cooling Packs are engineered to last 45 minutes each, ensuring sustained cooling throughout your indoor training session, or race without interfering with your cycling motion.
Breathable and Wicking Fabric: Crafted from a highly breathable and moisture-wicking fabric, this vest ensures that sweat is efficiently pulled away from your body, leaving you feeling fresh and dry.
Snug Fit: The Cooling Vest zips on to provide a comfortable, snug fit. It feels like a second skin, allowing you to focus on your ride rather than discomfort or overheating.
Maximum Ventilation: The full front zipper offers added versatility. You can fully unzip it while riding to enjoy maximum ventilation.

INSTRUCTIONS
At least 4 hours before ride, lay Cooling Packs flat in freezer
Before beginning ride, place Cooling Packs in Cycling Vest pockets. Place 3 smaller Cooling Packs in lower back and under arm pockets. Place 1 larger Cooling Pack in upper back pocket.
Change out Cooling Packs while you ride if desired (additional Cooling Packs sold separately)

Rural Delivery Information
Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We currently offer standard shipping only for Australia. All Australian orders are first received at our Auckland HQ, where they are collated and processed for export before dispatch.
$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
