PREMIUM HEAD AND BRAIN AND EYE PROTECTION
The ADV 8.5 helmet kit provides premium protection and performance for adventurous riders. It is constructed from a three-layer composite matrix which is a lighter and stronger construction than a polymer shell. Furthermore, it features Leatt’s patented 360º Turbine Technology, where the energy absorption of the turbines helps reduce the low-speed impact energy to the head and brain. The helmet is fastened with a secure DD ring buckle.
An ADV helmet is different to an off road helmet, designed to minimize drag and lift for a smoother ride at higher speeds when on roads. It is quick and easy to transition to off-road use, with an extra wide eye port compatible with off-road goggles. Adjustable vents cater to all riding conditions, keeping you cool and comfortable. Depending on rider preference, the visor is completely removable at the twist of a clip, allowing you to set your helmet up to your liking.
What really makes this helmet stand out from any other is the kit. Included with the helmet in the kit is a photochromic and clear visor, 4.5 goggles and a Pinlock MaxVision anti-fog shield.
Photochromic shield technology allows the visor to lighten or darken depending on the amount of UV light. This way, you’re always riding with crystal clear vision. 4.5 goggles provide additional eye protection, and the Pinlock 120 MaxVision XLT prevents fogging by creating a thermal barrier between the inside and outside of the lens.

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
