Old Man Mountain Axle Pack is unlike any fork mount adapter you’ve seen. Rather than trying to clamp to round or tapered surfaces and just hope it doesn’t slip or spin, Axle Pack is, you guessed it: Thru Axle mounted! Attaching to the axle makes it impossible to slip or spin.
Axle Pack is lightweight, reliable, robust, and rigid. With four mounting points you can also choose to run your gear higher or lower depending on your needs.
Mounted to one of our Fit Kits, Axle pack is also easily swappable with any of our racks so you can pack the right gear for the ride.

What Makes Axle Pack So Special?
3-Pack Mounts - Set it up to suit your needs. With 3-pack mounts on the uprights you can carry bottles, fuel, stuff sacks, dry bags, bolt-on bags, and more.
Carry up to 10kg - Axle Pack is ready to confidently carry up to 22lbs/10kg, whether you’re on smooth pavement, a rugged rock garden, or with your tires off the ground.
Fits Any Fork - Axle Pack mounts to our Fit Kit thru axle, securely carrying the weight. Compatible with nearly any bike; road, gravel, full-suspension, or fat bike.
No Spin Zone - Unlike clamp style mounts, Axle pack cannot spin or slip because it is firmly secured to the axle.
No Eyelets Needed - With a thru axle mount at the bottom and our mounting pucks at the top there are no eyelets needed to mount Axle Pack.
Light as a Feather - Granted, a pretty big feather, but at just 73g per side the Axle Pack is lighter than most clamp style mounting options.

- It can carry a lot more than a fork that has 3-pack mounts. Most bike’s mounts are rated to just 1.5kg each! Add to that low weight limit, the possibility of an impact to the bags on a tree or rock and you have a fair chance of ripping the eyelets out of your fork, especially a carbon fork.

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We currently offer standard shipping only for Australia. All Australian orders are first received at our Auckland HQ, where they are collated and processed for export before dispatch.
$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
