The first generation of the Trooper helmet was launched back in 2004 and quickly established itself as the definitive freeride helmet. True to its DNA, the new third generation Trooper helmet has been completely redesigned on Sweet’s revolutionary 2Vi® Technology Platform and is engineered to outperform without compromising on weight and volume, setting a new standard in strength and performance.
Our 2Vi® technology provides a multifaceted approach to increasing impact protection. An extremely effective first line of defence is provided by our next-generation Variable Elasticity Shell technology. This lightweight, injection-molded ABS shell uses variable wall thickness to optimise the shell structure and includes a laminated pre-preg carbon fibre layer to enhance rigidity in specific areas, improving impact performance and increasing overall strength and durabilty. The EPS shock-absorbing liner utilises a complex, multi-density design. Four different material densities are molded into a single structure, creating zones that provide tageted impact dissipation based on the geometry of the human head. A unique two-layer Mips liner increases comfort and offers protection against rotational forces otherwise transferred to the head during an impact or crash - the cause of the majority of concussions.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
