Kudo Aero is a high-performance, half-shell cycling helmet designed for disciplines where aerodynamic efficiency is crucial. Sharing much of its design with the Kudo, Kudo Aero takes aerodynamics to the next level, making it an ideal choice for fast-paced rides and races.
Aerodynamic shell, rear spoiler
The top surface of Kudo Aero features a sleek, smooth shell that promotes optimal air attachment, reducing resistance and drag. Additionally, the rear breakaway spoiler delays airflow separation, further enhancing aerodynamic performance�an impressive feature for a traditional half-shell helmet.
Ventilation, comfort and safety
Despite its aerodynamic focus, Kudo Aero doesn't compromise on comfort. Two front vents and rear heat extractors ensure efficient thermoregulation, keeping riders cool during intense efforts. The helmet is certified to both EU and CPSC standards, and its rounded shape is designed to reduce surface grip during impact, potentially lessening the force in a crash.
Further impact protection
The helmet�s crossbridge element, embedded in the EPS foam, efficiently distributes impact forces across the helmet for full-coverage protection. The MIPS Air Node system, seamlessly integrated into the padding, dissipates rotational forces during a crash. This low-friction layer is lightweight, easy to clean, and provides advanced protection without compromising on comfort.
Dialed-In fit
Kudo Aero�s fit system offers advanced adjustability with a micrometric dial at the occipital stabilizer, allowing for tilt adjustments for a personalized fit and eyewear compatibility.
Crown Fit
The retention system includes a bespoke crown adjustment feature, enabling riders to finetune the fit to the exact shape of their head. Lightweight ripstop webbing around the ears adds to adjustability and comfort.
Integrated visibility
For added safety, Kudo Aero comes with a removable passive reflector at the rear and a USB-rechargeable LED tail-light. The tail-light offers multiple lighting modes for both daytime and nighttime visibility, ensuring rider safety in all conditions.

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
