Ergon partners with Supernova to create an ergonomic and sleek design to control your bike light. The design allows you to keep your hands on the handlebars and easily switch your bike lights on and off whenever needed. The switch for your lights is constructed within the Ergon grip clamp and can be used with Supernova M99 series and the new MINI 2 PRO. This control is perfectly integrated within the clamp of the Ergon GA3 grip. (High beam switch not included with the GA3 Supernova.)

The wall thickness of the inner core is varied in thickness. The precisely calculated diameters provides specific damping and comfort based on gripping force.
The mini-wing relieves the wrist
The Ergon GA3 offers you both wrist support and a slim diameter for gripping control. Ergonomically, if the wrist is bent too much, the carpal tunnel can become compressed and cause unwanted discomforts such as burning pain within the hands and forearms. The winged grip provides a solution of supporting the wrist in a more neutral position. By correcting the hand position, the carpal tunnel is relieved and pain is prevented.
Enhanced grip texture
The grip texture of the GA3 has been enhanced by matching the layout more closely to the hand. This allows better control by decreases the need for more gripping force.
Two sizes � for more control
For proper ergonomics and control, different grip diameters are needed tot match different hand sizes. Ergon offers many grips in the sizes �Small� and �Large�, including the GA3 Supernova. The difference refers to the grip diameter. A larger hand needs a thicker grip, while a smaller hand needs a thinner grip. For hand sizes 6.5�8.5 we recommend size Small, for 8.5�10.5 we recommend size Large.

Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.
The dispatch timeframe shown against the individual product on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation takes priority over the general timeframes on this page.
If your order contains products from more than one dispatch location, your items may be sent separately and arrive at different times. Each parcel may also have a different courier and tracking number.

Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries can take an additional 1–3 working days. Exact delivery times can vary depending on the local rural courier route and service frequency.
Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.
PO Box Delivery
Orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse via NZ Post can be delivered to PO Boxes. Supplier-direct PO Box delivery depends on the supplier's nominated courier. If required, we may contact you for a physical street address.
Shipping Days
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Working-day dispatch and delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
