ZIPP 454 NSW DISC BRAKE WHEEL
Zipp’s 454 NSW Tubeless Disc-brake is the ultimate road racing wheelset. This wheel delivers everything the performance cyclist demands. It’s aerodynamically efficient and stable in all wind conditions. What’s more, a wider rim is designed for tubeless tires at lower pressure for reduced rolling resistance and vibration damping, so you’ll lose as little energy as possible out on the road. For the best combination of aerodynamics and rolling resistance gains a 28mm tire is recommended on this wheel. Its undulating 58mm Sawtooth rim shape with Hyperfoils is our most aerodynamic and stable wheel. The 454 NSW features Zipp’s Total System Efficiency (TSE), our approach at combating the biggest enemies of speed: wind resistance, gravity, rolling resistance, and vibration losses. Zipp’s use of hookless (straight side) rims in the 454 NSW is integral to Making You Faster. With hookless, the transition between the tire and the rim is more seamless and aero. Zipp’s hookless rims have more efficient resin distribution, which means lighter, stronger wheels. The 454 NSW features the race-ready ZR1 SL hubset with ceramic bearings and 66 points of engagement. The hubset also is 30 g lighter than the predecessor hub in NSW wheels.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
