The Zero is a unisex snowboard that knows no boundaries. It can be ridden by anyone, anywhere, at any time, thanks to Twin Hybrid Rocker and Asymmetrical Quadratic Sidecut. The timeless graphic is a throwback to snowboardings days of classic, simple and unique look but its packed with technology to mirror todays landscape of innovation, with features like Flat Kick Tips on the nose and tail and a Performance Core to give you extra stability in the park and the streets. Surcharge: $9.99 for any rural delivery.
Note: We recommend delivery to a non-rural town or workplace to avoid this surcharge.

Waiheke Island Delivery Surcharge

Surcharge: $30 due to high courier surcharges.
Recommendation: Consider delivering to a friend in Auckland City who can bring it out.

Australia Standard Nationwide

Cost: $19.99 + 2% import fee (may differ based on the item).
Delivery Time: 4–6 business days from the time of dispatch (please note this is an estimate).

Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Multiple Items in an Order

If you order multiple items, they will all be collated at our Auckland HQ warehouse and shipped together. Your order will arrive to you in full.

Remote Areas

Delivery to rural and remote areas in Australia (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.) may take longer than the standard 4–6 business days.

Shipping Options

We currently offer standard shipping only. There are no express options available for Australia.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (NZ time).
Daily cutoff time for processing is 3 pm (NZ time).
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
