Our Utility Frame Strap is the perfect add-on for any rider. It's a super tough strap to secure riding essentials to your frame. You’ll be able to mount a spare inner tube, C02 inflator kit, Rim Stix and your other favourite on-the-go repair tools with ease, so you’re prepared for anything your ride throws at you!

- Ensure frame is clean and free from dirt and grime before installing.
- Undo hook and loop fastener and lay strap flat with the elastic loops facing towards you.
- Place your items inside (rolled up inner tube, tyre levers, CO2 etc)
- Pull the elastic loops with rubber grippers up and over each side to secure you items into place. Ensure all items are central and secure.
- Place the loaded strap with the rubber grippers on the elastic loops up against your frame.
- Wrap the strap around your frame, through the plastic hook on the end then pull tight to ensure the contents are secure then fasten the hook and loop together.
- Go ride!

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
