ZERØ Ceramic Pulleys
Independently tested and winning competitions for the least rolling resistance, the truly best part of these jockey wheels is the silent and crisp shifting they afford. Machined from solid Delrin at our California machine shop, not molded, they are much harder and precise than any competitor's that have copied this design. Where aluminum jockey wheels are loud and deteriorate almost immediately after installing, Enduro Bearings jockey wheels will shift perfectly and precisely a year or two from now just the same as the day you installed them.
SRAM XX1 ZERØ Ceramic Pulleys
Created specifically with the SRAM XX1 drivetrain in mind, these jockey wheels are made of super hard, solid Delrin and machined to perfection at our California facility. The unique 12 tooth, narrow/wide design allows for extra precise chain retention. Zerø ceramic bearings ensure crisp, smooth shifting in all riding conditions. These pulleys can be used with all aftermarket chains.
Eagle 12 Speed Pulley System
Our Enduro bearings pulleys for the Sram Eagle 12-speed system have been completely re-designed to increase shifting performance, and reduce overall friction. We start by machining aluminum centers that are 30% larger than a standard bearing pressed in to a plastic pulley wheel. The aluminum centers increase the overall stiffness of the pulley, translating into faster shifts with no lag and more precise shifts to the desired cog. XD-15 bearings are housed within the aluminum centers. Each upper and lower XD-15 bearing differ and are specific to their separate duties for less friction and improved shifting performance. To reduce chain friction the pulley teeth are machined from 500 AF Delrin® with Teflon®, offering significant less drag than pulleys manufactured from aluminum or titanium. The overall smooth profile sheds mud and debris, providing easy clean up after riding in less than ideal conditions. Our shift cable idler replaces a plastic roller and bushing with another XD-15 bearing. The design of the idler reduces shift friction by a noticeable amount, especially shifting up to the larger cogs that see teeth differences between 6 to 8 teeth between cogs.

Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.
The dispatch timeframe shown against the individual product on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation takes priority over the general timeframes on this page.
If your order contains products from more than one dispatch location, your items may be sent separately and arrive at different times. Each parcel may also have a different courier and tracking number.

Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.
PO Box Delivery

Shipping Days

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
