The HEAROS Multi-Use Silicone Series is different from all other HEAROS products because silicone does NOT get inserted in the ear canal like foam, hybrid or reusable ear plugs. The HEAROS Silicone ear plugs serve as a “cover” over the opening of the ear canal. It may be instructive to learn that while most ear plug users are perfectly comfortable inserting ear plugs into their ear canals, there is a very distinct contingent of ear plugs users that will only wear silicone because of this important product attribute.
So what makes the HEAROS Multi-Use Silicone Series special? There are 3 characteristics that we’ve worked on in the product formulation that we believe you will enjoy. First, is the products softness or in terms of silicone we like to refer to its malleability. Our formulation’s softness is important because how one prepares the silicone disk to go over the ear canal. Unlike foam ear plugs where one rolls the product to insert into the canal, silicone ear plugs require one to roll the product between one’s palms so that each disk is transformed into ball. Once the ball is formed, the silicone ear plug is gently pressed over the opening of the ear canal. The user ought to be focused on using the silicone to form a flat barrier over the ear canal to seal off noise and water. The second important feature is our formulation’s ability to stay attached to the ear which we call the product’s “tackiness”. You may have tried other lower quality brands to notice how the ear plugs fail to seal properly with the ear. Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.

Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
