I brought these to replace another set of RC shoes that were falling apart with a lot of KM’s on them. I’m 100kgs vans need a solid shoe that offers good sole support for the riding we do! These shoes have been excellent with good support and they are comfortable enough to wear comfortably before and after a ride. I normally wear a 45.6 shoe but sized up to get enough room in the toe box to fit my platter like feet. The sole is grippy and works well with the Kona wah wah pedals I run. The only “issue” I have is that the toe box doesn’t have as much protection as the previous model I was using had. I haven’t had any toe strike so it’s not likely to be an issue but something to think about if you knock your feet on trail debris regularly. Overal it’s excellent shoe and I’d highly recommend it and Hyperride as shipping was really fast as usual.
