- LEAN ANGLES - View and share your lean angle, G-force data, max speed and more in your ride summary with the Tread® smartphone app.
- GROUP TRACKING - Use the Tread app on your smartphone and/or zumo XT3 device to track friends with the group ride mobile feature (cell coverage required). For rides outside of cell coverage, use the Group Ride Radio accessory with the Group Ride Radio Y-adapter (each sold separately) for tracking other riders equipped with compatible zumo or Tread® navigators.
- FIND NEW ROUTES - Find new routes with the great rides feature on the Tread smartphone app; bookmark them, and they will automatically sync to your device. You can add difficulty ratings and upload photos to share with other riders.
- VISUAL ROUTE PLANNER - Plan a custom route on the device, or use the Tread app with a compatible smartphone. Select custom routing features such as curves, hills or scenic byways. You can also import your own route via GPX, KML or KMZ files.
- DRAG RACE TIMER - Record your 0–60 mph time and your 1/8-mile and 1/4-mile times with an active Garmin Performance Package.
- LAP TIME REVIEW - See your lap times, race metrics, delta times and lean angles through each turn and more with an active Garmin Performance Package.

- MUSIC AND DIRECTIONS - Keep your headset paired to your phone, then control your music or hear turn-by-turn directions from your navigator. Turn prompts will be sent to your headset through the phone.
- TRAFFIC AND WEATHER - Access real-time traffic and weather, share routes with other riders, and get phone notifications via the Tread app.

- OUTDOOR MAPS+ - With an active Outdoor Maps+ plan, get ongoing access to a variety of premium mapping content, including Adventure Roads and Trails for turn-by-turn routing when you venture off-road. Content is regularly updated and delivered directly to your device.

Rural Delivery Information
Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently offer standard shipping only for Australia. All Australian orders are first received at our Auckland HQ, where they are collated and processed for export before dispatch.
$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
