The bar tape was on clearance hence I got it. However, it was very old stock that the white part turned yellow. The materials consist of two types joining together, one is like foam, the other is PU leather. The bar tape has double sided tape for assisting wrapping. I would give 5 star if the bar tape is new condition when I got them.
