The wheels met both my requirements. #1. Wheels had to be same diameter as my bones 104a that I use on transisition. #2. Wheels had to be soft enough to ride over part of the skatepark that is old and crusty. Wheels ride great on smooth or rough surfaces. Super quiet on smooth. Probably ride a bit faster on rough.
